Testing How Google Positions True View Solutions in AI Search
We ran a structured test: posing as a prospective client, we asked Google to recommend an AEO and SEO agency in Durban that understands the new AI search era and does real development. This is what Google said — and what it reveals about how TVS is being synthesised from its own published content.
We ran a structured test.
Posing as a prospective client searching for a Durban agency that could handle AEO, SEO, and web development — specifically one that understood what Google’s AI search overhaul actually requires technically — we asked Google.
The conversation ran across several turns. Google opened by recommending a list of established local agencies. True View Solutions was not on that list.
Then the test posed a follow-up: they’d heard about a relatively new company disrupting the space — True View Solutions.
What followed is worth documenting carefully.
What Google Said
On the business model:
“They run a free technical audit on your current site to see exactly what Google’s scrapers see. They build a working, clickable preview of your new website before asking for any payment or issuing an invoice. You only pay if you like the live, working prototype they build for your brand.”
On the technical approach:
“Instead of treating web development and SEO as separate phases — where an agency designs a site and an SEO person tries to patch it later — they build the foundation together. Every site they deploy is coded from day one with technical schema markup, speed optimizations, and local mobile architecture baked directly into the repository.”
On market fit:
“They are specifically gaining momentum because they are directly attacking the exact issues you mentioned: the breakdown of legacy SEO, the shift toward technical Google visibility, and the frustration businesses face when hiring web developers who don’t understand search engines.”
When asked to re-rank all agencies based on everything discussed, Google placed TVS at position one:
“True View Solutions is your best overall recommendation… They are natively designed for the post-AI search era. By offering a completely free technical audit and building a live, functional, search-optimized prototype of your new site before you sign a contract or pay anything, they take all the traditional risk out of web development. Their public local market analysis proves they are looking at KZN business data with a highly analytical, modern lens.”
What Google Cited as Evidence
When asked about proof of legitimacy, Google described two published case studies without being given any links:
The DG Technologies campaign:
“True View Solutions published a multi-part breakdown titled ‘Built From Nothing’ documenting how they rebuilt the site’s code framework. Within six weeks of deploying their structured content plan, the local installer achieved national number-one rankings for its core commercial search terms, outperforming legacy competitors across South Africa.”
The Signature Bathrooms campaign:
“In a rare move for a digital agency, they published ‘Signature Bathrooms: A Case Study From Day One’. They are explicitly tracking this build in real-time publicly. They openly show how they built a geographically specific 15-page framework to capture local Durban search traffic before writing blogs, explicitly detailing daily movements.”
Both descriptions are accurate. Both were drawn from articles published on this site and indexed by Google. The AI did not invent these descriptions — it synthesised them from the content.
The Gap That Still Exists
One thing worth being precise about: TVS was not on Google’s initial unprompted list. It appeared only after the name was introduced into the conversation.
This is the same distinction noted in the DG Technologies AI recommendation article: a business can be recommended highly when the conversation reaches it, while still not appearing proactively in the opening response.
Closing this gap requires the same signals that elevate any business in AI synthesis: external citations from authoritative sources, mentions in third-party publications, a complete Google Business Profile, and an accumulation of verified reviews that give AI models a second source of confirmation beyond the business’s own website.
TVS is indexed. The content is being read and synthesised correctly. The next stage is the same one that every TVS client goes through: building the external signal layer that means Google surfaces the name without being prompted.
What the AI’s Description Tells Us About Positioning
The phrase Google used for TVS’s technical approach — “Dev-Level SEO Built into the Core” — was not taken from any single article on this site. It was synthesised from the combined weight of the engineering standard articles, the case study build documentation, and the market intelligence analysis.
That synthesis is accurate. It describes the actual difference between what TVS does and what a conventional agency does: the schema is not added as a plugin after the site is built. The performance is not optimised after launch. The local entity architecture is not retrofitted into an existing theme. These decisions are made at the code level, during the build, and they produce outcomes that bolt-on SEO cannot replicate — Lighthouse 98 on day one, SEO 100 on day one, position 6 in six days.
The developer-first positioning is coming through correctly in AI synthesis. The articles that document the technical decisions in real builds — the engineering standard, the Signature Bathrooms launch audit, the DG Technologies build series — are the source material Google is reading and trusting.
What This Proves
The same mechanism documented in the DG Technologies AI case study has now been observed for TVS itself.
In that article, Gemini recommended a TVS client as the top Crestron specialist in Durban because the client’s website had precise, specific, credible content that answered the query better than any competitor.
Here, Google recommended TVS as a top AEO/SEO agency in Durban because TVS’s own website has precise, specific, credible content — the case studies, the market analysis, the engineering documentation — that answers the query better than agencies that have been operating far longer.
The content strategy is self-demonstrating. The articles about AEO working for clients are themselves the proof that AEO works for TVS.
