Business identity
Name, category, description, contact details and service area presented consistently with the real business.
Google Business Profile — Durban & KwaZulu-Natal
TVS reviews the information customers and Google encounter in Maps, then connects it to the website, services, reviews and local evidence behind the profile.
A profile is an entity, not a listing to stuff
We check whether the profile describes the business clearly: the primary category, services, location or service area, contact details, opening hours, photos and the relationship to the website.
We then look for gaps between Maps visibility and organic visibility. A business can appear in the local pack while its service pages are weak, or have a useful website that its profile does not reinforce. Those are different problems and need different work.
What we review
Name, category, description, contact details and service area presented consistently with the real business.
Services, photos, reviews and website pages that help a customer understand what the business actually provides.
Maps observations, organic visibility and CTA activity kept as separate measures so the result is interpretable.
