Who is behind TVS

My name is David Morel. I've spent 20 years as a technical systems builder — delivering AV, automation, networking, and project management across luxury homes, hotels, and large commercial installations. That work has one consistent requirement: understand how all the parts connect before you start building, because the failures are always in the connections.

I apply the same thinking to websites. The visible design is only part of the picture. The structure underneath — page titles, headings, schema, speed, local signals — is what decides whether Google finds you and whether visitors stay. Most business websites are built without that structure in place.

Why the demo-first model

I noticed that most web proposals ask businesses to take a lot on faith: here's what we'd build, here's what it might cost, decide. That's a lot of trust to extend to someone you've just met.

So TVS does it differently. We audit the site first. We build a working preview of the better version — with your branding, your content, your projects. Then we send it before asking for anything. If the preview looks right, we talk about the full build. If it doesn't, you haven't lost anything.

That seems like the only honest way to start.
